Cats have had a built in GPS and radar system long before humans ever thought of the idea. Most whiskers are rooted in the thick pads on the upper lip, but smaller sets are in the eyebrow area, along the chin, and near the feet.

Looking for some action,
Nothing short of bad.
I need a quick reaction
'Cause it's late in the evening.

On the streets it's like a crap game,
You take the roll of the dice.
Put your money on a hard way,
Hoping something looks nice.

Easter Monday in Sydney.
Monday, 21st April, 2025.
The view from Milsons Point (near the Milsons Point Wharf) looking across the harbour towards the city.
Photographed from the harbourside walkway underneath the Sydney Harbour Bridge. Near the round-about that connects Olympic Drive & Alfred Street. Milsons Point.
And here's 'Underworld' from 1988 with their classic song 'Underneath The Radar':

these two does have been spending a lot of time in my yard sitting by a tree. The one in front, well, I can't say for sure, but she looks pregnant. She has a pretty good sized belly when she gets up and walks. So we'll see. Hopefully if she is she'll give birth here and I can photograph it. Not real likely to happen but these two have grown very comfortable in this spot. They are here every day for a couple of hours, sometimes twice a day

Airport Radar Tower metal contrast against a flat dark sky in an almost abstract, shot in North Carolina.
The silhouette of a radar structure stands in deference to the many colorful hues and shapes in distant mountains.
Just a brief detour from the usual ruins, rocks, and sheep for a bit of 'art'. Taken on the same road featured in a previous post outside Mulranny, Co. Mayo, Ireland, I've boosted the amp up to eleven and modified the image in Lightroom and a touch of Photoshop. OK, everybody sing along...
I've been drivin' all night
My hand's wet on the wheel
There's a voice in my head
That drives my heel
It's my baby callin'
Says: I need you here
And it's a half past four
And I'm shifting gear
When she is lonely
And the longing gets too much
She sends a cable
Coming in from above
Don't need no phone at all
We've got a thing that's called Radar Love
We've got a wave in the air
Radar Love
The radio's playing some forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming On Strong"
The road has got me hypnotized
And I'm speeding into a new sunrise
When I get lonely
And I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort
Comin' in from above
Don't need no letter at all
We've got a thing that's called Radar Love
We've got a line in the sky
Radar Love
No more speed, I'm almost there
Gotta keep cool now, gotta take care
Last car to pass, here I go
And the line of cars drove down real slow
And the radio played that forgotten song
Brenda Lee's "Coming On Strong"
And the newsman sang his same song
One more radar love is gone
When I get lonely and I'm sure I've had enough
She sends her comfort, coming in from above
We don't need no letter at all
We've got a thing that's called Radar Love
We've got a line in the sky
We've got a thing that's called Radar Love
We've got a thing that's called
Radar Love
